Temecula Parents and Teachers UNITED
As parents, educators, and community members, our purpose is to combat the woke agenda that is infiltrating our Temecula Valley Unified schools.
We will do this by
Spreading focused and accurate information to the true stakeholders, the parents
Empowering them with information and encouraging them to share it with others
Supporting our current candidates
Preparing for future board positions to be filled
Promoting the parents’ rights to know
Promoting American values including individual freedom, self-reliance, and equality of opportunity and competition
Frequently communicating across all social media platforms, emails, and school board meetings
Keeping activist teachers from promoting alternative messages
Focusing on the mission
We are creating this group to join in solidarity with like-minded parents (and active community members). We have been enlightened over the pandemic and want to engage parents in the conversation of public education.
There has been a growing community of people who are actively forcing their agenda on TVUSD and the people who disagree with them. These people are very active on social media AND they are active in going to meetings, making phone calls, and sending emails. They can be so aggressive in their social media comments that people just walk away or get mowed over. When most of us just want to be left alone to enjoy our own lives, there are those who are consumed with changing your mind. Instead of leaving people alone to believe their own way, they want to be singled out and celebrated for the way that they live. Anything other than that is 'hate'.
While many support TVUSD and the reputation it has had, there are others who are intent upon changing the culture to reflect a more progressive agenda. Our children deserve an excellent education free from the unnecessary distractions of social activism. While we do have many laws in CA that we have to abide by, there are ways we can stop the overreach that the unions and social progressives continue to push.
We are here to inform and ACTIVATE parents to send an email, make a phone call, and SHOW up to board meetings. When we work together, we can support the new board members whose agenda for TVUSD include bringing parents to the discussion table.
